If You Cancel Before Final Payment

If You Cancel After Final Payment

Once the final payment due date has passed, funds are committed to the tour.

• Without Pre-Trip Cancellation Protection:
  No refund will be issued, regardless of the reason for cancellation.

Travel Insurance Purchased Elsewhere

If you purchase travel insurance from another provider and cancel before final payment, American Tours will provide a full refund with no insurance claim needed.

If you cancel after final payment, you must file a claim with your insurance provider, as American Tours does not issue refunds in this situation.
